Re-creation of entity database

Hello

This is all about Entity database used in interwoven TeamSite 5.5.x

What are the drawback of re-creating the entity Database in TeamSite.
I also read the TechArticle: 48797 , but not much info. exists there.
can any one please explain me how and what type of info. is stored
in entity database (each file description will be more beneficial ).
for your kind info.

it caches usernames, their homes and some other stuff. By re-creating the entities DB, this will be reset.

You will need to know why are you trying to do this. In some cases this is a last resort (say, if user cannot login, etc)

yes i deleted the entity directory , ap per you and Gohti advice.
Then, for admin user user also it says , "you do not have permission to the working directory"
I would like to know, apart from username and home directory what else is stored in this
Database?

The 'My favourites' and 'My Workareas' list will also be lost, i.e. if you are using TS6.x version.
