conversion verification

Hi,
We have recently completed Backing store conversion from TS 5.0.1 to TS 5.5.2 on Solaris. I have executed iwdiff (as suggested in the upgrade document) to verify conversion. This activity is taking a long time which is definitely an issue to us. Is there a better way of verifying the conversion?

<iw-home>/bin/iwdiff -r <source backing store> <target backing store> [ Format of the script we executed]
