Problems deploying files to webserver

We are running OD 5.5.1 on Solaris. I have a simple workflow which takes files from the staging area to the docs directory on the webserver. Here is the xml file:

This has worked for years. But suddenly, OpenDeploy has stopped working. And here's the weird part. If I run the deployment through the admin utility (http://prodapp:8081/iw/opendeploy), the deployment works. Has anyone else seen something like this?

Could be related to use of /iwmnt for the sourceFilesystem area. Try using /.iwmnt instead. Following is from the OD 5.6 Release Notes, but I believe it applies to OD 5.5.1 as well:

The difference between /iwmnt and /.iwmnt is that /iwmnt is a cached file system and
intended for general use, while /.iwmnt is a non-cached file system intended for use by the
TeamSite user interface and utilities such as OpenDeploy which require an uncached file
system.
