open deploy to delete folders

Hi,
I need to delete excess folders present in the target system during open deploy. i.e Lets say the source system has folders by name "one", "two", "three" and the target system has folders by name "one", "two", "three", "four", "five".

Here the target system has 2 excess folders by name "four" and "five". I need to delete these folders during open deploy.

Please let me know if I have to make any configurations to XML files before I can do this.

Look at the "Do Delete" flag in the OD deployment configuration editor for the deployment your working on. If you set it to "yes" then it will delete files/directories on the destination that are not on the source, assuming that you're doing a comparison-based deployment.
