The TeamSite interface is stateless -
There is a sense of logging in - it only occurs if the users cookie does not exist / has expired.
There is a sense of logging out - but only if the user actually clicks on the button to do so - most users just exit the browser window or browser process and don't bother logging out (which makes sense because if you logout your cookie is gone and it takes longer to get back into the system later).
So basically - as far as I know - there's no foolproof way to track this information.

If this is case , Then Where ca i set the logout time>.
such as AP server/Webserver logout duration. if the user is not used the system/or connection is idle.
then there no meaning to have that connection. and it will be helpful for security reasons.
Thanks again

There are settings you can make in the iw.cfg file for setting the logevity of the authentication cookie (RTFM the Administrator's Guide) but be aware - the timing has nothing to do with "idleness" - again - the system is stateless - so if you set the cookies to expire every 1 hour - that's what they'll do - regardless of whether you are actively working in the system or not!
