Importing files to a folder

I´m trying to use the import command from a dcr but the command only receives one parameter which is the path to the folder where the files are about to be uploaded.

The thing is that I want to upload content to a folder that exists with the name of the dcr so I can not fix a vpath in datacapture.cfg as depending on the name of the dcr, the files are going to be placed in one place or another.

Here is an example:

Is there any way to set a path with a variable (in the example: NAME_OF_CURRENT_DCR) feed by form API or anything like this?... I don´t whether its a way to face this issue.

Hi Mangetak,

Perhaps you can achieve what you require by using a CGI callout which goes to a custom CGI script which then redirects to the import url. The CGI callout would be passed iw_dcr_path which you could parse to help create your new url.

I don't know how it would work if the DCR hadn't been saved, and therefore, did not have a name?
