Can't find cssdk.factory.CSSOAPFactory

I believe I have installed everything for CSSDK.

I have the follow JAR files...
\interwoven\TeamSite\cssdk\cssdkiface.jar
\interwoven\TeamSite\cssdk\cssdkjni.jar

This is the error I'm getting as the root cause of an exception thrown when trying to create a factory:
initializedjava.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.interwoven.cssdk.factory.CSSOAPFactory

What JAR am I missing?

Hello Dan,
You need to install the CSSDK Client package that contains a jar file called cssdksoap.jar, and 10 other helper jars required for SOAP translation. You can obtain the cssdk client package from https://support.interwoven.com/esd2/UI_ESDSelImage.asp?ProdID=110578. I hope you have a login into our support site.
