setting window properties in CGI task in 6.1

has anybody tried to remove toolbars from CGI task window in 6.1? I can resize, but usually one has to open a new window to set all the parameters, and this is not I want to do.

I did actually mention that this 'feature' of Teamsite in general is pretty ugly - however I was told that retaing the current browser settings IS the new trend in Web GUIs...

any help/clues are apreciated. I know one could dynamically change window toobars, but in Netscape only....
