Web CMS (TeamSite)
Reviewer license
TCavanaugh
We are working on a project to integrate our complaince staff into the TeamSite review process, and are considering using a "reviewer license". Is anyone currently using these; or be able to explain what these actually are? i.e. Is there a "reviewer.uid" file that these accounts are added to?

At present there is no TeamSite role for reviewer. There are only: Author, Editor, Admin, and Master.
This would be a custom role which is not a supported capability with the current release of TeamSite.
Sorry.

Just had a ilcensing discussion today with our Interwoven sales rep. There are 3 classes of licenses for TeamSite:
TeamSite Technical Users: Entitled to use ContentCenter Pro, ContentCenter Standard, Content Services SDK for TeamSite, TeamSite Front-Office or TeamPortal. Required to develop on Content Services SDK.
TeamSite Business User: Entitled to use ContentCenter Standard, TeamSite Front-Office or TeamPortal
TeamSite Casual User: Entitled to use ContentCenter Standard for reviewing content or TeamPortal
The type of license you are looking for would be of the casual user type.

What does "Entitled to use Content Center Standard" mean in terms of whether or not they are "Entitled" to use Content Center Pro ??
It seems to me that all roles have the ability to login to *either* UI (CCPro or CCStd) so saying someone is entitled to use one and not saying their entitled to use the other seems like a sales-push to get people to use CCStd rather than an actual licensing restriction. It sure as heck doesn't make any sense and given the number of customers who've wanted to remove the choice of CCStd from the login page I'd imagine that there would be a bunch of WUCs (*) if Interwoven tried to enforce that kind of restriction.
(* IWOV insiders should recognize the term WUC - everyone else can use their imagination, but it's basically "not good" ;-)
