Login Failed-Facility Manager Login Screen

Hi.

I am having trouble to Login on index.jsp home page inspite of installing & Configuring the Server & its Web Components.

I can get into config.jsp. But can NOT login into index.jsp even once that is
login to Facility Manager.

My RDBMS , Process Manager , CMS , Web Component WorkSite (TomCat) servives all are up and running.

Question : What would be the DEFAULT user-id/password to access the FACILITY MANAGER for the first time ? OR index.jsp ? How do i check and verify the configuration set-up done is correct.

I get below error message on browser page when tried every assumed user-id/password combination :

"A WorkSite MP resource required for the requested item is currently unavailable.
Please try again later. If this problem persists, contact your support staff."

Please do help me getting through with this. ASAP
