Special character and Source Diff

W2K TS 5.5.2 + SP4

User sees problem with special characters (like em-dash, whose hex is E280) when using merge and source diff in TeamSite. The character appears as a rectangle for some users and might get saved in the file as a question mark.

Anyone else see problems like this? Any ideas?
