Supressing call to inline after redraw

Hello,

I have a inline perl call in my datacapture.cfg. This perl reads a file and update it's content.
And this task should be done only once - i.e. when a new DCR is created.
But this inline is called everytime I reopen or save the DCR (I am calling redraw() in my FormAPI)
How can I avoid this ?

Can you check to see if the DCR already has a saved name before updating the content and/or performing the redraw() ?
