ERROR:00001: Failure in operation

Help...

I have been working on this error for several hours and am getting no where. The exact error is "Invalid workflow: not well-formed at line 10 ERROR:00001: Failure in operation". I have gone through line by line, and can't seem to get it resolved. Does anyone see a problem with the following:

Two things

Save and post the XML that is gnerated.

(turn debugging on to a file)

Also, are you entering in a comment ? Does that comment have a special character (like a " )
If the comment is not escaped (via TAG) then that fails with ugly errors.
