Virtualization of javascript

Will a proxy remap in IW.CFG work on a javascript "<script>" tag that has a "src" attribute? ie:
<script language="javascript" src="../include/js/ypSlideOutMenus_mod.js"></script>

I'd like to store the actual javascript file in another branch, so the author does not see it....

We're running Teamsite 6.1, IIS5.0, Windows 2000

change the location value to webserver and the js file can be placed anywhere

<script language="javascript" location="webserver" src="somewhere/include/js/ypSlideOutMenus_mod.js"></script>
