Using the iManageExtensibility object in Word 2003
MikeatBDB
Hi
We are starting to upgrade from a word 2000 / iManage 7 setup to Word 2003 / iManage 8 setup. We use a lot of integration and the first thing we do is to get the iManageExtensibility object. The following code works perfectly in Word 2000 but when we use it in 2003 it gives a type mismatch error. The returned object is of the correct type.
Dim objIManageExtensibility As iManO2k.iManageExtensibility
' An object used for extending the functionality of iManage Office 2000
' integration.
' Get the iManage O2K extensibility object.
Set objIManageExtensibility = _
Application.COMAddIns("iManO2K.AddinForWord2000").Object
I think I have all the correct references now all pointing to the interwoven directory in the Program files instead of the iManage directory.
Can anyone shed any light on this please.
Thanks
Mike

Hi
Sorry it's my mistake. there was a rogue iManO2k.dot file in my startup directory. Reset the iManO2k.dot file to the one with iManage 8 and its OK now.
