Branch Renaming !!

There is already a branch set up for "AA" which is populated with Content but never published. Can the name of this be changed to "BB", or do we have to ask for a new branch to be set up.

You should be able to rename the branch from AA to BB without any technical problems. If you have any dependencies on the name of that branch in any of your code or processes - then you will need to address that accordingly. Also - anyone who has a "home" directory or "favorite" set to within the AA branch may have some issues - but they're generally recoverable.
