Rejected Task not going to the user

Hi!

In the workflow, once a task is rejected by an Editor, it still shows in his task list with Task description changed from Author Content Approval to Author Work. The task is not showing in the task list of the author who had submitted the task?

Any clue? Using Teamsite 6.1

the author task, as such, should be different from the approver's task.

could you be more elaborate in explaining your (supposed) approval process and what types of tasks are being used?
