how to load DCRs dynamically inside the body tag

Hi all,
I want to access a dcr(and so its fields) inside the body tag of tpl. I wrote the <iw_load_dcr... /> statement inside the <body> of the tpl. The problem is that the it is not able to load the dcr at that time. Can anybody help me a workaround other than loading it hardcodingly at the top.

I am using TS 6.5 win2k

Please show us your PT code where you are trying to load the DCR (provide some context around it, not just the one or two lines) and please provide the exact error message you are seeing ("it is not able to load the dcr at that time" seems vague)
