I don't believe that any single-such document exists.
Some of the manuals for some aspects of the product line do include some trouble-shooting tips.
Some KB's exist on either the Support and/or DevNet site to help augment the manuals in this regard.
If you're looking for something specific in the way of trouble-shooting I'd suggest the following procedural order:
1) Check the manuals
2) Do a search of the KBs on the Support site and/or DevNet
3) Contact Support to open a case **and** file a documentation bug (or feature request)
4) If support takes more than a day to get back to you - post as detailed a question as possible on these forums
