Do all callout URL parms have to come from iw-bin or can they originate from a WORKAREA?

Not sure what you're talking about - URL params don't come from iw-bin, they are passed to a script in iw-bin. Are you asking how to pass parameters or how to invoke a process in a different directory?

I think that is supported, best way is to check docs and then test. If it's not supported and you need it, maybe put a wrapper in iw-bin that creates a hidden form containing all the passed params and posts to the appropriate process in the workarea.

CGI Callouts ? We do them out of /wmnt:

<cgi-callout label="Modify List" url="/iw-mount/default/main/STAGING/........

That is actually a proxy setting that going to another server.

Is there any options that need to be enabled in IE for datacapture callouts? Whenever I use the examples, I keep getting a prompt that states:

ASSERTON FAILED: base url given is undefined

Any clues on this one?
