OpenDeploy Receiver Installation and Uninstall

We're stuck trying to uninstall OD 5.6 on WINNT.

We have installed SP1, and then the latest patch.

When we try to use add/remove programs it fails saying we need to uninstall the SP first, which is what we're trying to do!

Please help - it's quite imperative we reinstall as soon as possible as we seem to have corrupted something somewhere.

Are there some registry entries we can delete, in order to let the installer reinstall?

It looks like deleting the key from the registry allows us to get that pesky patch out of there and reinstall.....

I think the registry keys are under <HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>\Software\Interwoven.

Also, if uninstall is confused and is prompting whether you want to upgrade, remove any subdirectories that have names starting "pft*" under the temporary directory (pointed to by TEMP env var I think). These should have been cleaned up when the software was installed, but I've heard of cases where they were left behind.

If you're in doubt, I suggest opening a case with Tech Support who should be able to assist.
