Custom "Undo Changes" menu item?

We are using TeamSite 6.5 on Solaris. There is "Undo Changes" menu available for undo changes. We would like to be able to undo changes for both the generated output file and DCR, when users select "Undo Changes" for the generated output file.

May I know if we can create custom menu item, or modify the existing Undo Changes funciton to undo both DCR and the output files at the same time.

I would like to be able to implement this functionality as well. It is a real headache trying to get non-technical users to understand why/how they have to undo both the dcr and the generated file.
