Import Task

Friends,

I have configured new task for eps fils. The task is all about converting eps to png while downloading.
Placed “ApplyClipPathEPS2PNG.xml” file in C:\Program Files\MediaBin Server\MBDataDirectory\AGS Command Files folder and imported task “PNG_AGSClipPath.tsk” using Mediabin client.

While download eps files with the task “PNG_AGSClipPath” getting following error.

Exception in Primitive {9141BD65}! Reason = Could not open file, Message = AGS Encoder Primitive: Can't open XML file.
ERROR: Job {EE8D593C-3CDF-4BF3-954D-46466EA6C279} Setting parameters in primitive AGS Encoder. RC = The operation failed. Check the log output for details

could anyone tell the reason of above Exception.

Note: Got these files (ApplyClipPathEPS2PNG.xml and PNG_AGSClipPath.tsk) from Interwoven.
