Hi,

We are using OS based user ids to login to teamsite. Recently I got a problem . When I delete a user id from the OS & teamsite and recreate it , teamsite is not recognising the ID. It says invalid username/password when trying to login . Any help is appreciated.

What OS? Windows or Unix?

On Windows - the SIDs generally change.
On Unix - the UIDs may or may not have changed.
In both cases - the iwidmap CLT may be of assistance to you.

Alternatively and/or additionally, you may have to muck with the TeamSite entities database -- you can find various threads in the forums that talk about this - or just contact Support to have them assist you with the process.

Migrateduser

Try iwuser CLT to remove and readd the user.
It helped me in fixing one if the corrupted user ids.
