Visual Annotate Download?

We just upgraded to Content Center 6.1.0 Service Pack 1.

Do we need to install Visual Annotate seperately on the server? I didn't see the separate download listed on the support site (which makes me think it is bundled with the upgrade), however the README_VisualAnnotate.txt file makes it sound like there is something else we need to download to the server.

TS 6.1 SP1 has it bundled already. Clients will need to download the app before using it, but as far as the server is concerned, there's no additional software needed.
