od blank pg no gui

my bookmark to the od gui win2k http://computername:8081/iw/opendeploy/login is showing a blank page help! yes the od services are running and have been restarted.

Have you cleared your browsers cache or tested the URL on another computer? Also, have any changes been made to the box that might cause a conflict with port 8081?

Please include OD version as well.

Yeah getting the same results on other computers. Version 560 service pack 1

thanks resolved turns out there was a conflicting service using 8081

OpenDeploy/Admin: 6.02

I had the same issue.
The conflicting application was NetApps SnapDrive.

Interwoven support told me about a freeware tool called "active ports" that help identified what application was using what port.

To change OpenDeploy Admin port from the default 8081 to another port. Go the the following file: <od-home>\AdminServer\servletd\conf\server.xml and do a search on 8081.
