CC interface isn't showing up

6.1 on solaris 8

CCSTD and PRO were working as expected until I added <param id="skip-tag-step" value="true"/> to application_custom.xml and had the admin run -> iw-home/iw-perl/bin/iwperl iw-home/bin/make_toolkit.ipl from -> iw-home/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src and recycle the teamsite server.

PROBLEM:
1) Now the logon screen doesn't provide an interface choice
2) When logged in all I see is the word 'Base', absolutely no GUI.

I don't know where to start looking??

Have them try a make_toolit.ipl -target clobber and then another make_toolkit.ipl. Ask them to send you the output, just to make sure there isn't some warning or error being thrown that they didn't tell you about. This sort of thing is why I hate having to work through others instead of having direct access to the box. I feel your pain.
