Preview Error

We are using TS 6.5 on Windows platform. When we try to preview a dcr, we get this error sometimes. This is not consistent and happens at times only.

Preview And Generate Error:

The following error occured while creating file Y:\default\main\nextel_com\en\WORKAREA\Development\templatedata\zz_tst_dipika_0_manifest:
Broken pipe
The file was not generated.
===================================================================
When we go to this directory and try to delete this file, it doesn't even allow to delete it because of some sharing violation. If we re-start teamsite and delete this file, then preview starts working fine.
Please let me know if you have seen this error or if you know the cause of this error.

You probably have perl.exe process still "attached" to this zz... file. Find it, kill it, see if it helps.
You might have a problem in your PT Perl code that causes it (some sort of racing, shared resource locking and
whatnot...)
