Visual Format installer error

During installation of Visual Formatter an error is displayed: "The following files did not self-register or unregister: 1. C:\Program Files\Common Files\Interwoven\VisualFormat\EkMediaTransfer.dll The specified procedure could not be found." After installation completes, Visual Formatter seems to work ok. The client machine is running Win NT 4 SP 6 and IE 6 SP 1.
