Actually I am new to MediaBin, could any tell me how to use WSDL in PHP or JAVA environment. I need to access Asset from MediaBin thro JSP or PHP. Could any one help me with some sample program and execution steps.

If you can use Java, then you have a few more options as compared to PHP since we have a Java wrapper for Web Services already.
