Job Description:
To support Technical Support team with MediaBin installation, configuration, trouble shooting and performance tuning.
Configure/develop the features and functionalities identified for Proof of Concepts
Work with the Business Analyst to finalize the requirements.
Leverage the out-of-box functionality to address the business needs.
Integrate MediaBin and TeamSite.
Prepare the deployment package and associated run books.
Fix the bugs identified during QA and Prod.
Provide warranty support as per the MSA.
Prepare technical implementation documents.
Prepare training documents for end users.
