restricting one branch from a list of branches

I've got many branches under the branch a. All these branches call the same workflow on submit. Only exception is for the branch b, which on submit calls another workflow.

I've tried with something like above in my templating.cfg file but with no success. Can someone kindly point out what I'm doing wrong here?

workflows are triggered/configured for a branch using available_templates.cfg.
