Email Management and Comms Server Questions
System
We have some questions around Communication server and the Email Management client if you don't mind.
Can someone pse confirm if the Subject line of the email is used for filing the returned email? Out testing would indicate it is, but we've been told by a consultant it's not.
Also, do people use the CC or BCC address for the folder email address when doing File and Send. e.g. {A56088}.NationalDB@CommsServer.contoso.com
And finally, will the subject line definitely work for filing when receiving external replies, as we can't test this in the lab. Guess it would though?
Would be keen to hear from people who have this set up and what they think of it.
Thanks

The only way it would be filed without the tag is if the atty does it manually. However, this is usually desired as atty's should have ultimate say as to what goes into the WorkSpace / record.
Also, do people use the CC or BCC address for the folder email address when doing File and Send. e.g. {A56088}.NationalDB@CommsServer.contoso.com - BCC. For discovery purposes you typically don't want this going out there. I'm also assuming that you have not created an MX record for the Comm server, keeping in mind the fact that you don't want to give external users (or spam) the ability to find and import into the WorkSpace / record.
