Video repurposing is done currently in conjunction with our integration with TeleStream FlipFactory which must be licensed separately. The admin guide provides instructions on how to accomplish getting the MediaBin and FlipFactory servers to talk to one another.
For ingest MediaBin has video capabilities independent of FlipFactpry but for more advanced use cases the recommended approach uses both products.
