"Rule Studio" for ILOG ?
I don't know that any modifications for ILOG through that utility are supported by Interwoven, so you're best off contacting Support to find out if it is supported, and then - if so, where to get the software.

iLog JRules Studio customizations are allowed as long as you modify the custom-* projects and not the iwov-* projects. In order to download JRules studio, you have to contact support.
