How can we open an existing related DCR for editing at From Editor of some other DCR?

While editing a DCR ( D1 of type DCT1 ) at Forms Editor, I need to open an existing DCR ( D2 of type DCT2 ) which is related to the DCR I am editing. In addtion in case of any modification required in D2, i need to create a new DCR of type DCT1.
Can this be done using callouts? Please Guide.
