Import tab not working in teamsite client interface

One of the user in our company is facing this problem:

Whenever in IE from the teamsite client environment she clicks on import tab to import any file.....she get the popup saying the "This tab has been recovered; A problem with thsi page cause IE to close and reopen the tab."

The system environment is as follows:

Teamsite ver 6.7.2
Teamsite server: Linux Box
Local m/c OS : Windows 7 professional.
IE version: IE 8

Any idea what cud be the cause of thsi problem?
My guess is a bad installation...since rest all things are working perfect..

What's the JRE version on her machine? What happen when she download any file?

My guess is a bad installation...since rest all things are working perfect.

Does this happing on all the client machines?

Also same issue is happening in Mozilla as well so I believe it is not browser problem.

It's better to open a new case on this.. although I see your issue could be due to jre installed on your local machine. if jre is not installed try installing/reinstalling the jvm.
