access DCR of single datatype through tpl of diff datatype

we have "news", "about", "training" datatype in our website In "about" and "training" we have "news" section. we have created DCR and multiple .tpl in news section. Now we want to access the DCR of "news" section through the .tpl of about sothat any changes in news section that changes will be reflected in about.
Is it possible in Teamsite? Kindly help me on this.

but keep in mind that if the included dcr is updated you (somehow) need to regenerate the target file!
