getting current year in XSL

I tried getting the current year using the following xsl code

[/html]

when i deploy this code it works fine on TeamSite box, but i when i deploy it to the LiveSite environment it works for some time(day or more - am sure it is not caching, i do a view source, otherwise i am pulling the date using js), later i see the following error in catalina.out "SystemId Unknown; Line #13; Column #61; Unknown error in XPath."

Is there easier way of doing this?

TS 6.7.2, RHEL 5.2

Sorry. No attention to detail. All I say was get current year in XSL.
