PT functon to read label from the dropdown

HI ,

Is there any PT function to read a label name from the dropdown?

I know iwpt_dcr_value() this function , but this gives me the value associated to the label. but i want to read the label name.
could some one please help me out here..

I have learned that i cannot read the label value in PT .. Think , i have to pass this value through onGenerate event

PT parses DCRs and DCRs retain only Values, not Labels.

You can for example get your Label in FormAPI onSave (or onItemChange) and populate DCRs' hidden
Item. Alternatively you may find/parse corresponding DCT from your presentation template but the first
option is IMO much easier to implement
