TS restart and custom password file issue

Hi All,

We've configured iw.cfg to use a custom password file for authentication and it is working fine. However, when the TS server is restarted it stops referring to password file and we have to redo the configuration for the same.

Also we have customized the Login.jsp as per our requirement. Is there any impact due to the same?

Yes. IW doesn't recomment that, so now if you face any truble, you won't be able to reach out to support.

Well the customization is not that big. However, will check if the impact is due to the same. What we are doing is just passing the session string or username and password depending on the request. So this should not impact the authentication method as we havn't changed anything related to authentication.

And sorry for the late response ....... was busy with Production release.

Finally got the response from support. It has nothing to do with customization as I assumed. The authenticate_by attribute needs to set to file, local. So weirdest.
