Unable to initialize local proxy for request queue

All: I am experiencing an issue similar to this

external tasks stopped running in our Workflows.

Our iwjoberrors.log file is full of messages like:

PHP Code:
[left]

 [color=#0000bb] Could not run /path/to/my/task.ipl for task 331051; retrying in 1 minute  
 [/color]

[/left]

Also, iwtrace.log is filling up with:

[PHP]Unable to initialize local proxy for request queue[/PHP]

We are on TS 6.5 SP2 on Solaris.

Running the external tasks from the command line as the relevant user completes successfully and progresses to the next task.

Has anyone seen this before, or have suggestions as how to diagnose the issue?

I've already recreated the workflow store as per my previous issue.

iwprocessd.log seems to repeatedly list the following:

[PHP][Thu Apr 15 12:05:03 2010] iwprocdstart: Stopped iwprocessd daemon

open for logfile /web/soft/iw-home/local/logs/iwprocessd.log failed: Value too large for defined data type[/PHP]

Also - iwui/error.log repeatedly lists:

Finally: iweventproxy.log continually lists:

Think I fixed it.

iwprocessd.log had simply become too big and needed to be truncated!
