How to access , create or edit a Child DCR from parent DCR

There is no OOTB way to do this. It is custom depending on how this was implemented. I tend to NOT allow a user to edit/create a child DCR from the parent. Rather I use the Child DCR data to create part of the original DCR (i.e. a select list. etc)
