IIS render .inc files ?

OK, got a 6.7.2 server, Windows, moving to new hardware.

On the original server if I click on something.inc (which is an HTML fragment) it renders the html (quite ugly because it is a frag).

On my new server, I get an IIS error.

I have checked http://server:81/iw-mount/main/workarea/hi.inc on both, works on the old server not on the new. So the issue is IIS.

There is not a special DLL for .inc files in either of the servers. Is this a mine-type issue ? Where ? Other ideas ?

Do you have the Visual Toolbar (a.k.a. Smart Context Editor) configured differently on the two servers?
Do you have MIME Types configured differently (or not at all for .inc) on the new IIS server?

SCE is disabled.

I have not touched mime types on the new server, that is probably it.
