Unable to read datacapture.cfg for type {0}.

Our users at another office are getting the following error when trying to create or edit data capture records.

"Templating Error Page
Unable to read datacapture.cfg for type {0}. Details regarding this error are contained in the servletd error logs."

Any ideas.?

Hi,
Might not be on the right track here, but try checking the templating.cfg for those datacapture.cfg files. They should be set to type="iwov" not type="xml".
Not sure if the tag is type, but you'll see it in the templating.cfg file.

All entries were set to type="iwov" in templating .cfg, thanks.

We have now identified that the issue was related to NT level permissions set at the WORKAREA level. Yesterday a change was made to members within a global group on our network, which belong to the group which shares access to this workarea. Re-cascading the permissions down through all subfolders resolved the issue.
