How to set properties for a generated html file?

Hi friends, did anyone say how to set properties of static generated html files(i.e., for the following properties, how can i set it to a html file?
TeamSite/Templating/PrimaryDCR: TeamSite/Templating/PrimaryDocumentType: TeamSite/Templating/PrimaryPT Smiley Happy

You can do it from you PT while generating, read up on iwextattr -s command in your CLT guide.
