Unable to view models

Hi All,

I'm not able to view the model of the workflow on clicking model icon in workflow job list..

Below error got captured in server.log..

*** No valid license found for ILOG JViews Diagrammer 8.0.
*** Reason: Application 'Interwoven Workflow Modeler': File 'keys.jlm' not found.

TeamSite version is 7.2

That files does not exist on my 7.3.1 Linux install. Have not been able to check on other versions.

When I googled that error, it implies that the CLASSPATH is missing a jar. Which one, I have no clue.

There is nothing on the support site with keys.jlm

Thanks for the given clue.. Missing class belongs to workflowModeler.jar file..
