Want to create TS users in single command in windows and that should take care of adding groups and their teamsite roles.

Please let us know if there is an exe to do so.

There is no as such which can do all{creating a user, adding groups and adding roles}. What you can do is write a small script and add all your statements in it, so when you execute that custom script it does what you are looking for. Also refer some documents on calling scripts through workflow tasks if you have a need such

Probably not. You could create one using a few different options:
1) build a Java app that uses the CSSDK. I'm assuming the CSSDK has all the methods you would need.
2) build a perl script that issues a few "system" commands to add the users with multiple CLTs (one to add user, one to add groups, one to add roles...)

Share with the class if you do anything like that - it sounds like a time saver we could all use.
