How to handle newline character in Job Description field in Workflow

Hi,

We are facing an issue where the job description field in the workflow is not displaying the text after the newline character.For example

If we enter a text as
Test1
Test2

In the workflow tab under job description field the system displays only "Test1" and doesnot display "Test1" text.

Kindly suggest the way by which we can display the complete description.

Am I correct that this is with a WFM?
If so - you need to add code to your custom instantiation form that parses the value from the description field and replaces all newlines with some other character - and then, anywhere you want to display that description information (e.g. emails) you need to perform the reverse-encoding.

It silly, stupid, annoying, etc. - but as far as I know that's the only way to work around it.
