Access to folders within iwov-resources/ ?

Environment[indent]TeamSite 7.2.1 on Linux (CentOS 5)[/indent]Issue[indent]My customer has two servers (DEV and PROD) that are, for most intents and purposes, the same.

On the PROD server we can navigate to

/default/main/****/WORKAREA/shared/iwov-resources/

and we have access to all the folders there:

Has anyone else seen this on their servers? If so, did you figure out what caused it, and perhaps more importantly, how to fix it?I'm rolling off the project today, so I imagine that the customer will open a ticket with Support, but I figured I'd check here first...

I'll make this issue a bit stranger yet...

In CCPro, if I navigate to the iwov-resources directory, the folders that I previously mentioned are grayed out in the main pane of the UI.

However - I can navigate into them from the left-hand navigation pane.

Owner is a user.
Group is iwEveryone.
Sharing is set for Group.
Restrict access to this workarea is not checked
Branch and workarea security is off

Is it *possible* that the users are not part of iweveryone ? Can you change ownership to a TS group ?

What type of users, OS ? LDAP ?

iwEveryone is built-in TS Group and yes, they are members of that group, and no, you cannot edit that particular group

And in this case, both users are OS users (on both servers) - authenticated to LDAP via PAM

Same issue came with me on 7.3.1.

Check whether user is getting create Action,Condition etc targetting option enable.

I think there are around 3 threads on this, pls search.

If you mean in terms of licensing, both SitePublisher and Targeting are 'true' on both servers.

If you mean in the GUI - I do notice that the SitePublisher menu list on PROD (where access appears okay) has a 'Prioritize Segments' option that does not show up at all in the menu on DEV (where access is bad)

Ah - I see, under the File menu - on PROD there are options for:

appear on the DEV box.I'd be happy to search if you tell me what to search for - because I tried "iwov-resources" before I started this thread and found that DevNet search doesn't understand I only want matches for the literal string "iwov-resources" and instead gives me matches for every post that has either "iwov" or "resources" in it, which is too many for me to sift through quickly.Alternatively, if you can provide pointers to those threads, or just re-iterate what the fix was - that would be helpful too.
